[caption id="attachment_5865" align="alignnone" width="300"] 2018 Supporters Scholarship Winners[/caption] Congratulations to our 2018 $1000 Scholarship winners:  Jacob Murdoch and Lauren Palma. Lauren Palma is an excellent student and has taken on various leadership and athletic roles while at Granada. Lauren has been a member of the Granada Varsity cheer team during her time at Granada. This year, she was also a member of our school’s first ever Stunt team as well. In Leadership, Lauren played an important role working with the other students involved in publicity. She could always be counted upon to go above and beyond. While the trials and tribulations of high school are not always easy, you’d never know that by looking at Lauren. She always has a smile on her face and is an incredibly positive person.…

Congratulations to our 2017 $1000 Scholarship winners: Joy Blea and Ben Rocha. [caption id="attachment_5099" align="alignleft" width="250"] Joy Blea[/caption] [caption id="attachment_5100" align="alignleft" width="250"] Ben Rocha[/caption] Joy has cumulative GPA of 3.8. While at Granada she has taken various advanced and honors courses such as AP Statistics, AP Language and Composition, and AP Psychology.  Joy has been heavily involved with the club known as Younglife. She has led worship music every Monday night for the past 4 years. She has also been a performer at the Livermore School of Dance since 2013.  Joy has been a member of the varsity dance team at Granada for the past 3 years and was voted both most improved and most inspirational during that time.  Joy was also a member of the dive team from 2013-2015.…
