If your group needs to make a deposit, please complete one of the PDF forms below before printing and signing your deposit form.

If your deposit contains ONLY checks, please place the checks and deposit slip into an envelope and drop it off at Granada High School’s Student Services. Ask that it be placed in the Granada Supporters Club mailbox. (Be sure to make a copy of your deposit form and all checks.

If your deposit contains ANY cash, please schedule an appointment to meet with Sherry Faux on the Granada High School campus. Your cash needs to be counted, signed off on, and stored in the Granada Supporters Club’s safe until the deposit can be made at the bank.
